Estimado Carlos,

Felicidades antes que todo por los planes de boda.

Quisiera compartirte que Annemarie es ideal… es perfecta para toda esta organización. Estando yo lejos de la isla, me siento muy bendecida al tenerla ayudándonos.

En realidad hacer una boda en Roatán requiere de mucha paciencia y Annemarie no sólo entiende eso sino que también hace el mejor trabajo que cualquier persona en la isla te podría hacer… con un año de estar planeando mi boda toqué muchas puertas antes de tener a Annemarie organizando… y fue horrible sin ella.

recordar que en la isla hay otro nivel de atención a todo… y es por eso que tener a Annemarie ha sido muy importante… su profesionalismo es cinco estrellas!!

Good morning Annemarie,

Well, that was one of the most outstanding meals we've ever had in our lives!! All I could think about is having you cook a huge batch for us that we wouldn't have to share with anyone else. How sick is that?

If what you will provide here Sunday is anywhere close to what we had last night, our guests will be totally overwhelmed.

Somehow the crab and calamari and pad Thai noodles all blended so well you couldn't tell where one started and the other left off. And the flavoring!! That little bit of hot was the cat's meow.

What oh what did you put on the veggies? I could eat them forever and forever.

Well, enough raving, but you get the picture. I can't believe you're bringing this kind of cooking to this island. 

One of these days we have to have you come cook that exact meal for us and some guests.

Metro North Vintage Train: A luncheon with 3 cars that travelled to Dia Beacon. Dessert was served in the return trip. Balloons, music and event planning was organized by Annemarie's Feast

Hughes Hubbard and Reed Law Firm: Annual company clambake for 120 guests. The 7th year of Annemarie’s Feast as the caterer.

Hudson River Museum Gala Fundraiser: cocktails followed by a seated dinner for 360 guests

College of New Rochelle: Annual breakfast for 200 guests. Annemarie’s feast has catered this event and numerous seated dinners during the last 7 years.

Silver Anniversary at Suny Purchase.
Cocktails, buffet and dessert buffet for 500 guests. Amongst the guests where Richard Gere, Vanessa Williams, James Rosenquist.
